PSW has an immediate opening for a full-time Architectural Designer in Austin, TX.
The primary role of architectural designer is coordinating and executing community and home designs, as well as creating construction documents for single-family and multi-family projects. Specific responsibilities include: Zoning and Code Analysis; Coordination of Community Land Planning with Civil Engineering Team; Execution of all Home Design Documents from Concept through Construction; Construction Observation. This position reports to the Director of Architecture.
Summary of Position Requirements:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
College degree with concentration in Architecture
REQUIRED SKILLS
Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Suite proficiency is required.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
One to five years of experience in the field of Architecture.
