PSW Real Estate has partnered with Buildtopia, an internet-based communication system designed specifically to meet the communication needs of both our homeowners and trades.

For PSW Homeowners:

You will find valuable information throughout the building process.  This information will include, but not limited to, photos of your home, your current selections, schedule information, and messages from the PSW team.  After you have moved in you will find documents regarding your home, home owner’s association, and important information on your home’s warranty, including placing customer service requests!

For PSW Trades:

As a PSW Trade, you will find essential information regarding bidding, approval deadlines, scheduled meetings and other important construction dates.
