Eric joined PSW/Magnolia in 2012 as a Director of Construction.
Eric is a former US Marine and has 14 years of experience in commercial, heavy industrial and multifamily construction. Over the last 6 years he has managed the construction of over 3,000 apartment homes with a value of over $400 million with the majority of these projects being completed while working as a Construction Project Manager for UDR, the 3rd largest publicly traded multifamily owner in the nation. Included in these projects is the 464 unit Belmont Apartments. This community (located in the Knox-Henderson area of Dallas) was completed in 2008 and was the first LEED Silver multifamily community in North Texas.
Eric graduated from the University of Maryland in 1997 with a BS in Business Management and he lives with his wife and children in Hurst, Texas.
He is heavily involved in the community and in his Church where he serves as a teacher and on several committees and outreach teams.
