Jim joined PSW Real Estate in January 2010 to develop and maintain investor relationships. Prior to joining PSW, Jim worked on more than $4 billion in real estate assignments with The Trammell Crow Company, Cushman & Wakefield, AMRESCO/Lend Lease and The PNL Companies where he learned the importance of disciplined investment evaluation and the commitment to investors. Jim earned a MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BA from the University of Texas at Austin. Jim is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and Realtor®.
After more than a decade away, Jim returned to Austin with his wife Casey and their two boys. Jim has enjoyed getting reacquainted with the city and his alma mater, particularly the outdoor, cultural and athletic opportunities they offer.
