Randy joined PSW Real Estate in October 2011 to establish its Magnolia Properties brand. Previously, Randy was a Development Associate with UDR, an S&P 400 apartment real estate investment trust where he developed and designed nearly 3,500 apartments. Prior to UDR, Randy worked in acquisitions, sales and as field management at Shea Homes, the largest privately-held home builder in the country. Randy has also built numerous multi-million dollar custom homes in the University Park and Highland Park areas of Dallas, Texas.
Randy earned both an MBA and BBA in Finance from Baylor University and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.
