J. Ryan Diepenbrock – Principal
Ryan was the original managing member of PSW Real Estate, holding the position solely from inception in January 2001 until January 2008. From 2001 through 2005 he also maintained the Controller and CFO positions for ITax Group, Inc., a tax consulting and software firm. Ryan was a key participant in the negotiations and sale of ITax Group sell to First Advantage Corp (subsidiary of First American) in April of 2005. During the past five years, Mr. Diepenbrock has expanded PSW's business to include multiple venture partnerships with real estate professionals in four states. Ryan has a Master's in Accounting and Information Systems as well as a B.S. in Accountancy from Arizona State University.

Jerald L. Diepenbrock – Principal
Jerald was a 22 year veteran executive of Sprint Corp based in Kansas City. He has held numerous VP level Finance positions including the venture phase of Sprint PCS. Prior to employment at Sprint Corp, Jerry was a principal at Ernst & Young, a successor of Arthur Young - one of the original Big 8 accounting firms, where he practiced for 11 years. Mr. Diepenbrock has been a member of PSW Real Estate, LLC from its inception, and beginning in 2007 has become an active participant in its operations. Jerry sits on the Kansas State University Finance Advisory Board were he obtained his B. S. degree in Accountancy.

Anthony V. Siela – Principal
Anthony has been an active managing member of PSW Real Estate, LLC since inception. From 2002 through January 2009, Anthony rotated through various leadership roles with the largest privately held builder in the country, Shea Homes. His roles included Director of Acquisitions, Finance Manager, and Sales and Operational Management roles. His consistent hands-on involvement in all facets of development around the country provides significant insight that has made PSW Real Estate and its partnerships successful. Anthony graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Accountancy. He began his career with Arthur Andersen in public accounting.

William E. Winkler III – Principal
Will specializes in construction management and is responsible for PSW's individual project management. Will's past experience includes Estimation & Project Management duties for a small concrete company in Kansas City as well as a Strategic Planning background from Embarq, a local spin-off from parent company Sprint Corp in Kansas City. Will has a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Kansas.

Michael W. Andrus – Principal
Mike, an active member of PSW Real Estate since January, 2009, has spent the last four years with the nation's largest privately held homebuilder in various management capacities. His work primarily was focused at the organization's flagship national award winning master plan community. He performed in roles within Construction Project Management, Customer Service and Sales/Sales Management where he learned all facets of Community Development in a community generating greater than $100,000,000 in revenue annually. Prior to that, from 2002-2004 Mike worked as a Mortgage Broker in prestigious Scottsdale, AZ creating and managing a team of Loan Originators generating over $50,000,000 in new business during his tenure in the Mortgage field. His responsibilities for Austin 2009 include all aspects of investor relations and new business/relationship development. Mike earned his MBA from Arizona State University and currently lives in northwest Austin with his wife Arline and three children.

James M. Bernard – Principal
James joined PSW Real Estate in January 2010 to manage all aspects of the firm's investor relationships as well as to raise capital for PSW partnerships. Since 1997, Jim has held real estate investment, brokerage and underwriting positions at companies including The Trammell Crow Company, Cushman & Wakefield, AMRESCO/Lend Lease, The PNL Companies and Sarofim Realty Advisors. Jim is also a former partner of Langdon Equities, a privately held commercial real estate advisory firm specializing in debt and equity placement and brokering investment properties. Jim holds a Master of Business Administration in finance and real estate from Southern Methodist University and a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. Jim is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.

Sarah Lawrence – Sales and Marketing
Sarah joined PSW Real Estate in 2009 as the Sales Team Leader. Sarah has been a Realtor® since 2006 and began her real estate career in Chicago, where she founded her own company and averaged sales of more than $6 million per year. Before embarking on her real estate career, Sarah was a Sr. Account Executive at a Chicago advertising agency. It was during this time in her career where Sarah learned the importance of true client service and attention to detail. Sarah has a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Kansas.
After recently moving to Austin from Chicago, Sarah quickly embraced the Austin lifestyle, spending much of her time running on the trail, listening to new bands, and trying new restaurants. Sarah currently resides in central Austin with her fiancé.

About Jacaranda Investments, LLC
Jacaranda Investments, LLC is a single member LLC established in 2003 by Carter Shanklin to facilitate a variety of real estate related investments. In 2004 Jacaranda completed and sold a 4 unit condominium complex in north, central Austin. That was followed by another 4 unit complex adjacent to the first that was completed and sold in 2007. Jacaranda is currently in the permitting stage for a 19 unit project in south central Austin on land adjacent to St. Edward's University. Jacaranda is also approximately 35% complete on an ongoing rehabilitation and remodel of a 27 unit apartment complex located near Barton Springs in Austin. In addition to his development efforts, Mr. Shanklin owns and manages 58 rental units in Austin, serves as Property Manager for two Condominium Home Owner's Associations and has other business interests in Lewisville and Houston Texas. He has been investing in real estate related ventures in Austin individually and through a variety of partnerships for the last 20 years.
Co-existent with his initial real estate ventures Mr. Shanklin spent 20 years in the corporate world working in a variety of start-ups and for Fortune 1000 companies including 14 years with Pearson Plc, the world's largest educational publishing company. At Pearson, Mr. Shanklin held a variety of sales and line management positions with direct P&L accountability. He concluded his corporate career as Publisher of Digital Media for the Pearson Technical Group of Pearson Education. Mr. Shanklin has a BA in Economics from the University of Texas and an MBA from St. Edward's University.
