PSW has an immediate opening for a full-time Field Manager (Residential) in San Antonio, TX. This function of this role provides leadership in, and manages the coordination of, all activities within the new home construction process, thus optimizing the effectiveness of Trade Partners, ensuring compliance with PSW Homes’ customer satisfaction and quality assurance standards, and maintaining a safe work environment. The field manager position will manage, direct, and accept accountability for all field activities and reporting functions associated with the construction of assigned homes in your community. Your guideline to success with PSW adherence to the quality assurance processes, customer satisfaction, safety/site management, trade partner management, the daily advancement of schedules and cost management.
