Will joined PSW in January 2008 when he relocated to Austin as PSW's first talent acquisition. Having been intimately involved with all company functions through the years, Will has been a key player in guiding PSW from a small startup to a highly organized development and homebuilding operation. Will currently manages the construction and operations for PSW on a corporate level. This includes responsibility for the hiring and employee development programs, driving adherence to schedule and quality metrics, continued improvement in operations, and both horizontal and vertical construction costs.
Will began his career at Sprint/Embark in Strategic Planning in 2006 where he focused on rep training and driving increased efficiency in their call centers across the nation. From there, he went on to manage a small residential concrete company in Kansas City specializing in high end additions and renovations.
