How long have you lived in Austin?  Chris for 13 years and Claudia for almost 8.

What is your profession?  Chris is Chief of Staff for the VP/GM of Consumer Sales at Dell, and Claudia is a Procurement professional also working at Dell.

Do you have any pets?  We do!! Pisco and Boomer.  Boomer is a miniature schnauzer and Pisco a Welsh Springer Spaniel.

What circumstances led to your search for a new home?  We just need more space!!  We lived and owned at 360 and, now at Bridges, and I think even though we both love living downtown, we are ready for our own place with a private garden for our pooches!

What attracted you to this community over other options you were considering?  PSW has a great reputation in town, and this specific project had most of the things we were seeking: new with a great location, a yard for the dogs and enough space to start a little garden.

What feature about the home is most exciting to you?  Definitely that is solar.  Fantastic way to help the environment and have low electricity bills!

What do you most look forward to experiencing in your new home after you get settled in?  Our yard!!!

Lightening Round:

Favorite Austin Hang-Out Spot:  Paggi House (is next door!)

Favorite Austin Restaurant:  We love brunch at Taverna.  We walk there on Sundays with the dogs.

Favorite Local Spot to be One With Nature:  Town lake.  We are half block away from the lake so we always enjoy taking the dogs for long walks every day there!

Favorite Austin Event:  SXSW, and Turkey Trot

Favorite Austin Watering Hole:  Gloria’s Downtown

Favorite Margarita:  Scratch Margarita and change it for Pisco.  I am from Peru so already got Chris and most of my friends hooked on Pisco drinks.  Our fav Pisco drink is the “Chilcano”
