Our sales process:
It’s simple! After selecting Forest Trail as your community and the home within the community, you will secure your home and homesite with a small deposit and complete a purchase agreement. Our in-house team (sales/construction/customer service) will walk you through each step to make the entire process from signing the purchase agreement to moving into your home very easy and enjoyable. Loan pre-approval or cash verification (if purchasing without a loan) will be completed within 7 days of signing a contract.
