How long have you lived in Austin?  A little over 10 years

What is your profession?  Travel Division Director, Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT)

Do you have any pets?  No, I travel too much!

What circumstances led to your search for a new home?  I’ve rented for years and knew I was ready to buy when I saw PSW’s 12th Street Court community.

What attracted you to this community over other options you were considering?  Location to downtown.

What feature about the home is most exciting to you?  All of it…location, size, and green build.

What do you most look forward to experiencing in your new home after you get settled in?  Creating my first home and sharing it friends and family.
