A couple of weekend rains were perfect timing to help with new landscaping at Forest Trail.  Looking good!

We just wrapped up our first Forest Trail closing. All 11 homes will be closed in less than 4 weeks!

Site utilities continue this week. We are in the process of connecting water service to City of Austin water line. On site gas work to begin at the end of this week as well.

Forest Trail closings start NEXT WEEK! We look forward to moving in our well deserving homeowners… what a great group of neighbors. Stay tuned for the finished product photos.

2 more homes sold yesterday! Don’t miss out on this fantastic new Tarrytown community… We have 1 courtyard home and 9 condos remaining.

Site work continues.  Trenching for stormwater collection system is ongoing. We should wrap up storm water this week.

Some interior shots of the soon-to-be finished products…

Landscaping started this week, and the brick pavers for the main drive are almost complete. We are looking forward to moving our well deserving buyers in next month!

We have cleared the buildings and demolished all site work and vegetation.  The complex has been staked, and the site grading begins tomorrow.

Our sleek Forest Trail kitchens are coming together!
