A couple of weekend rains were perfect timing to help with new landscaping at Forest Trail.  Looking good!

We just wrapped up our first Forest Trail closing. All 11 homes will be closed in less than 4 weeks!

Site utilities continue this week. We are in the process of connecting water service to City of Austin water line. On site gas work to begin at the end of this week as well.
